Hughes Equipment’s Finished Product Air Cleaners are used on food products such as beans, peas and cut corn that have already been partially processed. These units are used as a refined cleaner, separating out any smaller loose trash, skin or debris from the product flow. Produce is fed onto an infeed pan and evenly distributed via a shaker. It then flows into the air cleaner where it passes over a jet of air which lifts and separates field trash and debris.
