Overview
The SRA100 is an industrial-grade Class B albedometer designed for measurement of global solar radiation, reflected solar radiation, and solar albedo. Built using two SR100-D1 Class B pyranometers and a dedicated mounting assembly, this all-digital, sensor system delivers measurements for photovoltaic (PV) performance monitoring, bifacial PV applications, and meteorological observations when lower accuracy is allowed.
Key features
• Class B performance: fully compliant with ISO 9060:2018 Class B classification for solar radiation and albedo measurements.
• Measures global solar radiation, reflected solar radiation, and solar albedo (solar reflectance).
• Consists of two SR100-D1 Class B pyranometers, one facing upward and one facing downward.
• Modular design facilitates maintenance, calibration, and sensor replacement.
• Industrial surge protection: integrated industrial-grade surge protection with optional SPD01 upgrade for enhanced immunity up to 4 kV.
• Lowest total cost of ownership: supported by a worldwide calibration and service network to minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
Applications
• Solar albedo monitoring for bifacial photovoltaic (PV) performance monitoring systems.
• Utility-scale solar power plants requiring albedo measurements.
• Solar resource assessment and meteorological monitoring networks.
• Measurement systems where lower accuracy is allowed
