Overview
The HYCON HPS08 hydraulic power saw is engineered for efficient cutting of concrete, ductile iron and similar materials. With an oil flow requirement of 25–30 LPM (max 30 LPM), it can operate from a small power pack or alongside another tool on a larger Multiflex pack, making it well suited for pipe cutting in wet or confined sites. The body is the shortest on the market — 7 cm shorter than comparable saws — improving grip and enabling work in trenches and tight spaces.

Design and features
The saw is designed for jobsite ergonomics: an integrated wall walker improves handling, and 2 m whip hoses let couplings rest on the ground during cutting to remove weight from the tool. It mounts quickly in the SawEZ guide rail for repeatable, precise cuts. The HYCON Power Drive motor is purpose-built to minimise maintenance (no blown seals), and the integrated drive unit reduces failure points for extended service life.
