Product overview
The Hymson HP30035 is a CNC laser cutting machine designed for special profiles used in steel structures (I-beam, HW, HM, HN). The unit integrates cutting, punching and grooving functions in a single production line.

Machine structure
  • Split-structure bed welded from high-strength plates to ensure a stable frame and long-term reliable operation.
  • High-temperature stress-relief treatment of the bed to remove internal welding and material stresses, maintaining strength, accuracy and tolerance.


Beam structure
  • Beam manufactured from high-intensity steel to reduce stress deformation and secure stable operation.


Cutting section
  • High-intensity, negative-face adjustable support structure suitable for cutting materials with widths from 200 to 3000 mm.
  • Bottom support is easily adjustable and replaceable to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Optional composite cutting table available for cutting flat plates and profiles.


Servo motor
  • Equipped with branded servo motor and drive with a high-resolution encoder.
  • High-dynamic performance, compact design and energy-efficient operation.


CNC system
The FSCUT laser cutting control system is developed on Windows 10 with EtherCAT bus communication and a modular integrated design; all system software runs on the PC processor.
