Overview
The P1.6-2.2 pedestrian pallet truck is an electric, accompanied pallet truck designed for continuous warehouse and logistics use. Available in 1,600–2,200 kg capacities with a 130 mm lift, it offers 24V lead-acid and 24V Li‑ion battery options and improved energy efficiency versus previous models.

Heavy-duty drive frame
The drive frame is engineered from heavy-duty steel with an integrated drive unit casing that replaces fabricated components. This construction improves loaded stability by better engaging and supporting the pallet, concentrates forces into a single engineered component and increases service life.

Vertically mounted AC drive motor
The enclosed AC drive motor is mounted vertically within the drive frame and remains stationary while steering to protect power cables. An external speed sensor and diagnostic display are easily accessible to reduce service time and simplify routine maintenance.

Intelligent Lift™ option
When fitted with Intelligent Lift™, the truck can begin moving a pallet before full fork lift height is reached and will automatically lift to maximum fork height without continuous operator input. Lifting while traveling can reduce cycle times by up to 17%. The turtle function can be engaged in any run-zone position to slow speed and acceleration for precise manoeuvring, including inside trailers.

Adjustable performance and ergonomics
The mid-mounted shortened tiller head, large run zone and light hold-down effort reduce operator fatigue and accommodate a wide range of operators. The tiller positions the operator closer to the truck for improved visibility of load and fork tips. Large turnable bearings and standard rubber tyres reduce steering effort.
