Overview i-spraywash is a tablet-based commercial disinfectant foam spray system that produces an Active Foam covering up to 1 m² in 1 second. The system requires no pre-mixing: insert a tablet into the canister, connect to water and operate. Tests show up to 48% labour savings versus conventional foaming guns. Active Foam is lighter and clings to vertical surfaces for the full dwell time to improve cleaning results.

How it works i-spraywash uses concentrated surfactant-based tablets combined with a specially designed foam nozzle to create a thin, high-cling layer of microbubble Active Foam. This gives broader coverage with less runoff than conventional macrobubble foams and enables faster rinsing with lower rinse volumes.

Usage notes Use fast sweeping motions when spraying (1 m² per second achievable). Spray bottom-to-top and side-to-side for best coverage; rinse top-to-bottom. Contact time typically 2–5 minutes depending on dosing and environment. If foam dries before rinsing, rinse with water and, if necessary, agitate with a pad or brush.
