In these tunnel washes, the parts are placed on a conveyor belt that moves the parts through the different stages with which the tunnel is configured. The loading of the parts into the tunnel can be done by a robot, the production line itself, an operator, etc. The cleaning process is carried out by advancing the parts in the tunnel, which advance through the different processes. Degreasing, passivation, etc. are normally carried out by spraying. The detergents used in the baths are water-based at a temperature of about 60°C depending on the process.
