Bottle rinsing machine

Semi-Automatic Rinsing Machines for New Glass and PET Bottles are meant for manual use by an operator. These semi-automatic manual rinsing machines are washing bottle and jars internal surface. They can work with different types of containers from 0,2 to 2 lt. We can supply rinsers with product or water and also air blowers. This semiautomatic rinsing machine had been designed to washes the bottles and jars internal surface. It can work with every kind of glass and high density plastic container from 200 ml to 2 lt. The productivity, influenced by the operator’s speed, is about 700 bottles/hour and the water consumption is approximately 0,1 liters/bottle. The rinsing machine is equipped with basin and 230 V – 50 Hz single phase rotary pump. In this case, the basin can be filled with water and disinfectant. This solution is pumped to the two nozzles when the operator opens the injectors by pushing the bottles necks against the gaskets. We suggest substituting the solution after a 2 hours production. The whole machine is manufactured with s/steel AISI 304 and 316.
