ELECTRIC LIFTING STACKER WITH PLATFORM •Lifting stacker with platform, ideally suitable for handling loads between planes at different heights •Powerful synchronous lifting motor •Two pushbutton panels with long wiring to operate at a safe distance from the stacker Chassis-control unit The STP Series includes two models with capacities of 800 and 1,500 kg Simplex, duplex or triplex masts are available with lift up to 5,100 mm and high residual capacity to oil lifting heights. The 4-point support structure ensures maximum machine and load stability. On the platform toward the mast is a standard load-protection grill. The structure entirely made of steel and the functional components adequately sized for heavy-duty applications ensure strength and durability over time, minimising machine maintenance and down-time. The hydraulic control unit is easily accessible and all electrical components can be inspected by accessing the electric box installed on the machine. Routine inspections and maintenance are quick and low-cost. Controls The platform up-stroke and down-stroke controls, of different colours to be easily recognizable at a glance, are ergonomically arranged on pushbutton panels that can also be operated at a height above ground. The powerful motor ensures high performance with or without load. The use of highly reliable components minimises maintenance requirements and machine downtime. A main control switch is provided on the control panel and emergency stop buttons are available on both pushbutton panels. Stacker not suitable for transporting or lifting persons.
