The FDDWorX™, manufactured by Iconics, is a predictive fault detection and diagnostics solution that utilizes an advanced Fault Detection and Diagnostics Engine to evaluate all available information to find and predict faults in the equipment. It integrates algorithms that weigh the probability of faults and offers recommendation to management, operators and maintenance personnel of actions to avoid equipment failures or excess energy consumption. In the occurrence of system failure, advanced software technology evaluates current and historical information along with symptom or cause interactions that the system has been taught. Its universal connectivity includes integrated OPC, OPC UA, BACnet, SNMP, Modbus, and Web Service communications that make it easy to connect to existing equipment with no additional infrastructure. Furthermore, it has an intelligent guidance to fix issues and reduce the mean time to diagnose and repair.
