The high-pressure coolant unit IEMCA Blue Line 100 is characterized by a two-stage circuit, to perform the separation of coarser particles and the subsequent filtration of smaller residues. The two filters are sensorized to reduce and facilitate maintenance operations. Large tank. IEMCA Blue Line 100 ensures a clean coolant buffer tank always available and guarantees greater heat exchange capacity with the external environment. Perfectly integrated with the bar feeder The IEMCA high-pressure coolant unit is designed to integrate perfectly with the bar feeder. Single operator panel. The bar feeder panel includes a dedicated section for monitoring the high-pressure coolant unit's activity status. Reduced footprint. The high-pressure coolant unit is compact and perfectly sized for installation under the bar feeder. The space occupied is minimized and the layout of cables and pipes is neat, thanks to the cable tray on the back of the bar feeder. Customizable configuration.
