The ILLIG SZA 73d stacking station, specially designed for the automatic roll-fed forming machine of the RDM series, is equipped with a mechanical and electrical interface for interoperation with the connected RDM forming machine. In addition to the quick and simple stacking tool change, the pick-up motions, which are synchronized with the connected forming machine, offer a substantial advantage over similar competitor stacking machines on the market. Different stacking tools can also still be used with an adapter for continued cost-effective use. A number of discharge variants are possible with the SZA 73d, ranging from continuous discharge, to counted discharge per magazine, per layer or per lateral stack.
