Foodpack HYPER is a new concept in-line traysealer, the result of continuous research and development . The brushless mechanical movements allow very high production capacities and total accessibility: the latter is guaranteed by the touch screen panel from which the different working stations are adjusted. The handling of the containers towards the area of sealing takes place through interpolation of axes: this process consists in the work of two jaws that, in complete synergy with the infeed belt, pick up the containers and transport them inside the area of sealing with non-stop flow. The sealing, with extremely wide area (length 1000/1250/1450 mm x 350 mm optional at 450 mm width to work on double line), is carried out by mechanical handling with guaranteed precision, speed, reduced maintenance and no compressed air consumption.
