The Deoxo system is designed to rectify the incoming hydrogen gas flow. The process is carried out through a catalytic reaction that allows up to 5 ppm of oxygen in the gaseous stream (99,9995% hydrogen purity). This makes the Deoxo system ideal in providing extremely pure hydrogen for specific applications such as, for example, heat treatment of metals in a controlled atmosphere.
