Counting and feeding system for plastic cups to be integrated with flow-wrappers. The device stacks cups in the desired quantity. • Mechanical vibrator with eccentrics placed under thefeeding belt to ensure proper stacking of the cups. • Counting unit composed of a servomotor driven 4-position disk and proximity sensor. • Air-flow nozzles positioned on the side guides to push forward the formed stacks. • 6-sectors rotating reel to transfer the formed stacks onto the in-feed conveyor of the flow-wrapper or into the recovery chute (in case the machine stops for alarms or emergencies). • Separate electrical cabinet complete with Rockwell Allen Bradley ® PLC and HMI touch screen. • Machine built according to CE standards.
