Specifically designed to package wet wipes rolls. • Structure in stainless steel. • Automatic feeder conveyor system. • Product feed rephasing basket. • Reel with a diameter of Ø 350 mm and width of 1000 mm. • Power driven reel holder with film centring on forming tube system. • Toothed belt film feed device. • Package length controlled by encoder. • PLC type control system. • Rectangular stainless steel forming tube. • Liquid dispenser. • Transversal sealing unit with sealing spatulas. • Longitudinal sealing unit with sealing spatulas. • Print centering photoelectric cell. • Box compression system to reduce the air inside. • Machine built according to CE Standards.
