MTED is an exclusive system for the displacement of the cold from refrigerated to compressed air. Thanks to the special design of the evaporator, with a battery of copper tubes and aluminium flaps inmersed in silica, the compressed air receives cooling energy directly through the flaps and indirectly through the Thermal Mass of the Silica. The Geometry of the system has been designed to ensure a perfect power diffusion, obtaining a performance with the maximum efficiency and homogenity. The main advantages of MTED are: Energy saving: The refrigerating compressor only works when it is necessary, gaining an energetic saving up to 80% in normal working conditions. Constant Dew Point: compared to sudden load variations. No need to pre-start the machine: typical problem of traditional thermal mass dryers. The dryer can always be left on: it has an automatic stop. Constant performance in time: there is no gas valve than can decalibrate. Thermal mass is composed of silica sand: non-toxic and easy to remove. Automatic blowoff gear, no programming required. Adapts its start-up to the load of the dryer.
