This semi-automatic & hydraulic band-saw can be used for heavy and medium steelwork and can cut up to 45° right and 60° on the left while offering a 460mm diameter workspace. Its adjustable guides and hydraulic vice lets it freely move alongside the work table. This device comes with stops at 60°, 45° and 0° on the left and a 45° stop on the right. The blade tension can be checked from the front side of the saw frame. The blade guides are padded with hard metal and an additional bearing is present for blade alignment. The device has a tubular steel saw frame and a 360mm diameter pulley. The start of the cut point can be detected automatically and the saw-frame can be lowered quickly with the help of a position sensor. Incisions on the table are avoided with a thrust ring with pre-loaded bearing which lets the table rotate.
