Description

Impac Engineering developed and designed the BLISTER PACK- blister packaging machine, due to the growing demand for packaging products in blister. The BLISTER PACK allows packaging of a wide range of products, in blister packages, starting from food products, through electronics, toys and cosmetics, to pharmaceutical products. The machine can be adapted for working in a clean room environment. The BLISTER PACK machine consists of a rotary table with 2 stations: 1. Assembling station - in this station- the employee assembles the blister package before sealing, and collect the final product after the sealing. 2. Sealing station - after the blister pack has been assembled in the first station, the table turns around in a press of a button to transfer the package to the second station for sealing the blister. In this station, the plastic is being sealed to the paperboard card, and the blister pack is ready. 1. Construction, upper deck and rotary table are made of 304 stainless steel material. 2. Pneumatic and electric operation. 3. Production rate: about 6 cycles per minute - depending on worker's skills.
