Hot runner system DF series

Unitized hot runner systems are an alternative to injection halve designs. Unitized hot runner systems take advantage of INCOEs DFQ nozzles that thread directly into the manifold, offering a leak-proof connection. The systems are supplied fully assembled, pre-wired and tested. Wiring is encased in robust stainless steel channels for added protection during integration into the mold. Valve gate cylinders mount directly onto the manifold with hydraulic and water lines pre-plumbed to an attached plate where quick connect fittings are located. Installation or removal of the system for routine maintenance can now be accomplished in much less time, increasing machine productivity.
