Description
The Pragmatic® 49 series consists of closed filling, overpressure sterile air and capping chamber. These components provide the facilitation of clean filling. The unit is integrated with a bottle sterilization section, which utilizes ozonated water or hydrogen peroxide.
The machine features a sterile air creation device with the use of HEPA filters. It offers automatic CIP and SIP cleaning, through the use of spherical nozzles. The nozzles provide complete hygiene for the production path. Also, the equipment manages the total regulation of the dosed weight and cap.
