Description

The new laser anilox cleaning system utilizes fiber laser technology to emit a beam through a series of diodes mounted on an optical fiber. The anilox cells are left completely clean, achieving a nominal restoration of 100% and capable of cleaning any type of ink color, ink base, or adhesive. During the printing processes, the ink used is deposited at the bottom of the anilox cell, gradually reducing their volume and, consequently, the cylinder's efficiency. Through laser technology, the laser anilox cleaning system removes the ink from the inside of the anilox cells, extracting any type of ink, glue, or varnish. This way, the cylinder's initial volume is fully recovered, enabling consistent color intensity. Intuitive Software The laser anilox cleaning system is controlled through a user interface that allows easy and intuitive machine operation without the need for additional knowledge. Easy Configuration The touchscreen allows for adjusting the anilox parameters and provides real-time visualization of the cleaning status. We offer I-LAC machines ranging from 600mm to 3500mm.
