Description

INIFLU sight flow sight indicators with 360° view allow the user a total view of the fluid line from any point; facilitating the detection of anomalies, such as color, bubbles, intermittent flow and accumulation of sediment. Depending on the fluid at work, they can be manufactured in different types of flanges. Similarly, depending on the pressure and temperature to work, the glass can be placed in borosilicate or polycarbonate. The Flanged connection works like a metal ring, usually connected to the end of the pipe, with several perforations and holes concentric to the pipe where several bolts enter to press another flange. The union of the flanges is made by means of a series of bolts and nuts that together with a gasket between both flanges seal the union to pressure proof (avoiding leaks due to high pressure). Flanges can be made according to different international standards, such as DIN, ANSI, AS, BS or JIS. These can be manufactured to be tank welded or to be joined against a flange. Type of connection - Flanged Type of Flow vision - Full View Max Working pressure - From 0 to 300 PSI Working temperature - -45°C to 560°C Min lenght - 75mm Max lenght - 1500mm Min Flange - 1/2” Largest Flange - 10” Materials in which flanges can be manufactured - Anti-corrosion coated carbon steel, stainless steel (304 or 316), brass, polycarbonate, polypropylene, Teflon. Materials in which gaskets can be manufactured - Buna, Neoprene, Teflon, Sanitary Rubber, EPDM, Viton
