PE-550 is our best-selling electrospinning machine for the continuous production of nanofibers, suitable for industrial-scale nanofiber manufacturing. Its greatest advantage is scalability, making it ideal for both production lines and R&D projects. With its ability to operate with 56 nozzles, the PE-550 ensures high productivity for mass production, while it can also run with a single nozzle for research and development needs. Its unique design enables the production of both nanofibers and composites. Equipped with 4 syringe pumps and 4 high-voltage power supplies, it can work independently with 4 different polymers simultaneously. The PE-550 utilizes a unique, patented “Hybrid Electrospinning Technology”, which combines the strengths of both needle-based and needleless electrospinning methods: From needleless electrospinning: High throughput From needle-based electrospinning: Precise control over process and final product The PE-550 is well-suited for the development of commercial nanofiber products.
