Overview
StackIT SVL-4000 is an automated vertical lift module for components, spare parts and production materials. The goods-to-person system increases usable storage density without expanding floor area and is designed for continuous industrial use.

How it works
The operator selects an article or scans a work order; the unit retrieves the correct tray and presents it at an ergonomic picking window. The operator picks the items guided by quantity and location; inventory and ERP/WMS records update automatically.

Software & controls
Every StackIT ships with manual controls; optional on-board WMS provides article search, work order scanning and stock management. Connects to existing ERP/WMS via standard connectors. Available features include dashboard, warehouses, stock, articles, work orders, reservations, agents and manual control.

• Select — Operator picks an article or scans a work order on the touchscreen.
