316SS wetted parts 1.5″ or 2″ tri-clamp connections Accuracy Class 1.0 (EN837-1) Despatch in 48 hours 100mm (4 inch) Dial UKAS Traceable Calibration Available 3.1 material certs optional extra These 100mm stainless steel gauges with flush diaphragm seal are for use with either 1.5” or 2” hygienic Tri-Clamp fittings. The diaphragm seal separates the instrument and the medium, the pressure is transmitted to the gauge via the system fill fluid which is inside the diaphragm seal assembly. Please note that a FDA approved fill fluid is used as standard with every hygienic seal assembly. This design is widely used in the dairy, brewery, food, drink and pharmaceutical applications, 3.1 material certification and calibration can be supplied as an optional extra. All gauges are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the EN837-1 European standard. For applications where you may have vibration we would recommend the optional liquid filling. 25 bar and 40 bar versions available on request.
