OverviewPassivhaus Brickseal – breathable, invisible water protection for brick and masonry that improves thermal performance and provides long-term weatherproofing for 20+ years.
Key benefits- Invisible protection – dries clear and preserves the natural appearance of masonry
- Breathable – maintains vapour permeability to avoid trapped moisture
- Energy saving – dry walls retain heat better, reducing heat loss
- Durable – long-term protection (20+ years)
- Versatile – suitable for brick, sandstone, concrete paving and mortar
Product descriptionPassivhaus Brickseal is a cream-based breathable masonry water repellent that penetrates into brick, sandstone, concrete and mortar and cures within the substrate. Unlike surface coatings, it provides weather protection without altering wall appearance while allowing vapour to pass through. Keeping masonry dry improves thermal efficiency and reduces damp-related deterioration, making Brickseal appropriate for new build, retrofit and heritage projects.
