ITR820-0001 - Interra Concierge Server is a device that plays an important role in providing comfort and convenience in living spaces by adding a new dimension to residence/hotel services. Interra Concierge Server adds an extra value to projects by enabling site management to provide site management operations such as dues, announcements, invoices, messaging, and services such as spa, taxi, valet, and dry cleaning to end-users. It includes the Interra Concierge Server application running on Linux operating system. The device works with a 12 V DC power supply and needs a network connection. Communication with the flats is done via TCP/IP network. There is an LED on the device that shows its working status and a button that can give restart and reboot commands. The programming of the device is done by entering the interface of the device through the web browser. Main Functions: • Supports unlimited clients, ROOM / FLAT Controls, and multi-control user types. • Controls KNX, EIO devices, and support services over the touch panels. • Handles requests, alarm conditions, announcements, messages, invoices, smart metering, etc.
