Intersam V-Type dry coolers are characterized by offering nominal powers ranging from 10Kw up to 1,025Kw. Both are used as water coolers and n the conditioning as in the cooling for condensers by water and by free-cooling. In the industrial sector, mineral oils and other fluids are used as process coolers. They correspond to the Intersam IDV Series. Within each series, there are different models up to a total of 147, depending on their performance and the needs of each application. V-Type dry coolers features This series has high performance condensing batteries, they are built in 1/2 ”and 5/8” copper tube and corrugated aluminum fins with 2.1mm spacing. The frame is made of galvanized sheet metal and is provided with a floating system, thanks to which possible tube breaks due to vibrations are avoided. You can choose a copper or iron collector system and it is finished with flanges of the type DIN-2576 PN- 16 on the input and output connections. Regarding the external structure, it is built in galvanized steel sheet painted in RAL-9018 polyester. Vibrations are avoided thanks to the fact that it is compact and highly rigid in its entirety. All parts and panels are easily removable. Thanks to this, maintenance is much easier. In addition, all the supports and anchors are included for fixing and lifting. High performance helical fans with diameters of 500, 560, 630 and 800mm are mounted. They are protected with a grid included in the assembly. The motors that they carry are three-phase 400V / 50Hz with external rotor, double speed and low consumption, with IP-54 protection degree and internal safety clixon.
