Automatic stacker AS-1 is a specialized machine with the main functional task to lay products from the conveyor belt on the stove. The automatic stacker has adjustable feed speed, the number of products in a row on the baking sheet. Careful automated stacking of products for a given distance eliminates their deformation, keeping the commercial appearance. Operating principle of our machine: a hardware is based on two perpendicular conveyors. The first belt conveyor moves the product to the feed zone on the baking sheet. The second chain conveyor moves the baking sheet to the loading zone. When the product approaches the loading zone, the shutter moves it to the baking sheet and returns to initial position for the next cycle.
