Description

Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union. ATEM-40 – is updated universal industrial equipment that meant for aluminium block molds (stoves) of electric bakery oven PK-2 cleaning, in short order, without surface damage ( in keeping with the rules of operation). This machine also allows to clean baking pans and other confectionery equipment. Cleaning is made by the process of Himitech Chudodey Forte Baker solution steeping, with temperature regulation. Structure: there is a reservoir that is made entirely of stainless steel, with insulation under covering, solution is the heat carrier. Heating is performed by coil that is installed inside the reservoir. Temperature detector is installed inside the lower part of the solution reservoir. Device TRM1 controls the temperature regulation. Recirculating pump controls sustained solution stirring, uniformity of cleaning and temperature.
