The new “Q-Tracker” software is our special highlight, enabling a central and thorough monitoring of the quality of direct marked data matrix codes. The software provides a comprehensive overview of all connected IOSS reading systems. The scanned results and images are archived in a database and can be retrieved based on different criteria (e.g. timeframe, camera). The archived evaluated results can be illustrated graphically and interpreted statistically, thereby enabling an analysis of the quality assessment and the resulting trends. Moreover, ”Q-Tracker“ features a useful e-mail alert function in the event of disruptions in the production, e.g. caused by incorrect scans or if the defined minimum quality of the marking falls short. If the quality evaluation function of the respective reading systems is turned on, it even allows the retroactive generation of proof of the quality of codes (in PDF format). Whether it is monitoring, automated e-mail alerts, statistical analysis, recording or retroactive proof of quality, all of it can be done effortlessly and centrally with our ”Q-Tracker“.
