Powerful industrial manual feeding grinders suitable for processing several types of meat. The wide tray allows to prepare the product and ease its feeding. The machine can also be equipped with 2 knives and 2 holeplates operating with Iozzelli 'extermination" grinding system (knives turning twice as fast as grinding screw): this way it's also possible to easily process rind as well as mincing meat for finely ground sausages such as mortadella. A short knives stud allows to use these machines as a standard grinder having knives turning at the same speed as grinding screw.
