This is a vibration sensor device that can be utilized in the predictive maintenance of production equipment through the monitoring of vibrations. It is ideal to be equipped into machine element components because it has a small SMD shape. It detects high-frequency vibrations to contribute to the predictive maintenance of bearings and other components. We have built a driver circuit into a small package. It detects abnormalities in vibrations before abnormal noises or the generation of heat by detecting vibrations in the high-frequency band.
