Description

Overview Micro linear servo actuator, mightyZAP has been developped for precise linear position control in small space. The key feature of mightyZAP is a miniaturazation which integrates motor, gear box, circuitry and other linear mechanical parts in single small case. We realized miniaturation with durable lifespan, robust force (max. 100N(25.5lbf)) comparing to its size, and reliable repeatability (within 50μm). Force & speed are varied according to gear ratio for a model and that is, the stronger force, the slower speed. Premium lineup mightyZAP is for industrial applications such as factory automation, medical equipment or UAV industry. Due to high performance coreless DC motor, premium lineup boasts stronger force and longer lifespan than economical lineup. Control mightyZAP along with various API/library such as Arduino, C++, C#, JAVA and Python Key Features - High force, highly durable coreless motor applied - Stroke option : 27mm(1.06in)*, 41mm(1.61in), 56mm(2.20in), 96mm(3.78in) - Force option : 12~100N(2.7~25.5lbf) - 7.4V(27mm(1.06in) stroke lineup only) or 12V(all lineup) input voltage option - RS-485 or TTL/PWM protocol option - Engineering plastic case(27mm(1.06in) stroke version) - Aluminum stroke case & engineering plastic motor case(41mm(1.61in)/56mm(2.20in)/96mm(3.78in)) * 27mm(1.06in) stroke can be extended to 30mm(1.18in) using IR-USB01
