The Speed Strap 505 – 509 – 512 line includes the new generation of automatic strapping machines. Designed and developed in Europe, it is a compact and robust machine equipped with advanced technology, engineered for general applications with medium to high workloads. This machine is suitable for printing houses, post offices, banks, and the industrial sector in general. It operates with 24 VDC brushless motors, each dedicated to a specific machine function. Compared to a traditional strapping machine, more than 30% of mechanical components have been eliminated, ensuring greater efficiency and reliability. The advanced engineering design and the reduction of moving parts make the strapping head extremely reliable while significantly lowering maintenance costs. The machine is equipped with a 180° rotatable touch screen control panel (allowing operation from both sides) and a strapping foot bar pedal for easier cycle activation. Versions with pneumatic top press stabilizer are also available. The newly developed software and graphic restyling of the Speed Strap allows even less experienced operators to fully exploit the machine’s potential, thanks to simple and intuitive work procedures managed directly from the new color touch display.
