Overview
The Mini Vert 240 DP is a vertical automatic powder packaging machine for stick and sachet formats. Standard dosing range is 1–10 g; an optional auger feeder enables 10–50 g. Adjustable package lengths from 40 to 180 mm make it suitable for a variety of small-dose powdered products across food, pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic sectors.

Control and construction
Control is via Mitsubishi PLC with a color touchscreen HMI for parameter setting and recipe management. Machine frame and product-contact parts are constructed entirely of SUS 304 stainless steel to meet hygiene and cleanability requirements.
