The Respirex limited-Life Type 1a gas-tight chemical protective suit is manufactured from Tychem® TK. It is of one-piece construction and is fully encapsulating, covering both the wearer and the breathing apparatus. The suit incorporates the latest design technology and is compatible with a wide range of breathing apparatus. ’Bat-Wing’ sleeve design for ease of movement in the suit. Adjustable internal support belt enabling users of varying sizes to comfortably wear the suit. Sufficient exhalation valves to ensure that the pressure change within the suit does not exceed 1 mbar in 1 minute. The suit is supplied in a heavy duty sealed bag.Options- Highly chemically resistant ’HAZMAX’ safety boots can be either permanently bonded to the suit or fitted by means of the new Respirex detachable boot system.
