ITA 12 is designed for 16 mm and 19 mm PET strap and is offered in two versions delivering a maximum adjustable tensioning force of 5000 N or 6000 N. The tool employs friction weld sealing to ensure high joint efficiency without separate seals. Typical operating pressure is up to 6.5 bar (≈92 psi). Typical applications include timber, corrugated packaging, steel, logistics and brick industries. Tensioning speed: 6 m/min @ T129933 and 4 m/min @ T129953. Seal efficiency: approximately 80% of strap breaking load (depends on strap type).
