By entering the main data about the machine and the fabric to be produced, iKNOW returns to the user the essential set-up parameters, both textile and mechanical, necessary to facilitate the start-up of the machine and to reduce downtime. iKNOW is accessible through HelloItema, the Itema Customer Portal, from any PC browser and from the EVOConsole connected to the internet. Data exchange and cloud storage is protected and guaranteed by the highest standards of cybersecurity. Access to the data is ruled by HelloItema registration and Itema guarantees complete information confidentiality.
