Two-component putty containing inert mineral charges, additives and organic microspheres dissolved in unsaturated polyester resins, all components that ensure adhesion to hard plastics. It polymerizes with benzoyl peroxide paste in the ratio 1-3% depending on the ambient temperature (below 20°C it needs a 3% of hardener, between 20 and 25°C a 2%, above 25°C a 1%). Suitable for filling or leveling imperfections on hard plastics parts such as resins reinforced with glass fibres (GF UP), polycarbonates, polypropylenes, ABS, XENOY, POCAN and other hard plastics. Not compatible with wash primer or monocomponent anchors containing synthetic resins. It gives a smooth final surface, with no micro holes, very tender to sand. This product is a great support for epoxy primers and bumper embossed paints. It can be directly overpainted if finely sanded.
