The iXAPACK GLOBAL Combi Checkweigher with Metal Detector enables products weight control and precise identification of metallic elements. Composed of a robust TG3-A Checkweigher and a CEIA Metal Detector, this equipment ensures a high-speed  and precise products control (up to 200 products processed per minute). Non-compliant products ejection are carried out by customizable systems, to preserve your products quality to its best. With high accuracy, the Checkweigher and Metal Detector Combi provides the possibility to feedback information to your upstream process machine, to reduce waste and give away. Its stainless steel hygienic tubular frame allows an easy maintenance, preventing any liquid retention. Conveyor belts are removable within a few seconds, without need of tools. The great particularity of this Checkweigher with MD is its design made of standards parts, fully accessible and user-friendly HMI to perform remotely possible modifications and troubleshootings. Production data (available via a large color 12" touchscreen) can be stored and retrieved on .csv format, with USB stick and through Ethernet networking.
