Description

Redeepac 430/Scale is a pneumatically operated, constantly heated seal bars with easily adjustable temperature control. Capable of working all forms of premade bags with 3 side seal, doy pack, block bottom, stand up, etc. Features • Bag / Pouch: Premade Pouch/ Doypack Pouch/ Preopened • Zipper Pouch • No Bag / No run sensor • No Bag Open / No Fill Sensor {prevents filling with no open bag in place } • Bag Magazine: Can load while running. • Frame of the machine made out of Stainless Steel laser cut and curved with stainless steel access panels. • MITSUBISHI PLC control system • OMRON temperature controls for sealing jaws Specifications • Bags Sizes : Width : 5" - 10" • Bags Sizes : Length : 5" - 14" • Machine Size : 66" L x 58" W x 44" H • Power requirements : 120 V 1 phase / 20 amps / 220 V upon request
