Description
This is a turnkey system for high productivity boiler tube welding where the process is controlled by a computer controller. The part loading and positioning is achieved with the automatic centering blade and pneumatic clamping chucks. The system features the GTAW hot wire process to increase the productivity of this multi-pass welding station. A mechanical oscillator is used to oscillate the torch when welding the cap pass.
