Working Principle
The barrel is composed of multiple split-type cylinder units with open and closed holes, designed as a clamshellstructure for easy access.
The unique screw structure adopts a modularcombination, providing two meshing configurations: fully open (longitudinal and transverse) and fully closed between screws.
The screws rotate outward in opposite directions (can be designed for inward counter-rotation based on materials), generating a calendering effect that enables gentle low-temperature shearing of materials.
Using modularassembly, the shaft connects various screw elements (conveying elements, kneading elements, tooth-shaped elements, counter-flow elements, etc.) in series to form melting, intensive mixing, and venting sections.
