The Vacuum Feeder is composed of vacuum pump (oil and water free), stainless sucker, conveying pipes, PE filter, compressed air back blower, pneumatic empty discharger, vacuum hopper and material level automatic controller, etc. It is of compact structure design and elegant look. There are two kinds of Vacuum Feeder, categorized by its discharging mode, one is continuous discharging, and the other is interrupted discharging. Interrupted discharging conveyor is more economic in comparison and easy for level controlling, in most cases, we would suggest to use interrupted discharging. Continuous discharging is often used for long distance and high vacuum conveying of materials in production.
