Overview
The ABF-1000 automatic batch basket fryer integrates frying, deoiling and cooling/conveying sections in a single production unit. It is designed for industrial snack and food processing lines and handles puffed snacks, chips, nuts, dough products and fresh vegetables with continuous or semi-continuous operation.

Product Description
The fryer features a large tilt frying tank and a rotatable/tilting basket with automatic lift/lower for smooth loading and discharge. Heating is available by gas, electricity or steam. Oil temperature is adjustable from 0 to 400 °C with a control accuracy of ±2 °C. Temperature probes are installed in the oil tank and circulation pipe. The unit includes an oil storage tank, circulating oil pump and centrifugal deoiling device to remove surface grease and enable oil recycling. Periodic filtration and a supplied filter screen (40–60 μm) maintain oil quality. Operation and sequences (frying, deoiling, conveying) are managed via PLC full touch-screen control.
