M1007Y is a micro metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor based on MEMS micro hot plate technology, used to detect hydrogen sulfide in the air. The production of the sensor combines MEMS silicon substrate technology, thin film technology, thick film technology, and metal packaging technology. When the module is in a polluted gas environment, the module will output a serial port signal.
