Overview
This PLUS Series tube laser cutting system is designed for industrial production of round, square and rectangular tubes with high throughput and tight repeatability. The machine integrates dual pneumatic chucks for simultaneous cutting and loading, servo-driven axes and precision guideways to ensure stable motion and accurate positioning across a wide range of tube materials and diameters.

Special for Small Tube
Advanced laser energy-control and beam management minimize burning, burrs and thermal deformation on small-diameter tubes. Minimum supported tube diameter: 15 mm (model-dependent).

Bevel Cutting (±45°)
Autofocus cutting head combined with specialized pneumatic chucks allows ±45° bevel cuts on round, square and rectangular tubes as well as on angle and channel sections. ±45° beveling is standard on some variants and optional on others.

Loading & Unloading
Supports semi-automatic and fully automatic intelligent loading/unloading systems that handle multiple tubes at once. Cut parts are automatically discharged to reduce cycle time. Servo-controlled handling ensures steady material flow and repeatable positioning.

Optional / Advanced Functions

• Zero-tail cutting: over-the-chuck cutting for ultra-short or zero tail lengths.
• BCW profile scanner: real-time measurement and compensation for deviations between actual tube profile and drawing.
• Automatic slag cleaner: cleans inner tube walls during cutting to maintain interior quality.
