HWD Duplicator: duplication of Precision objects Our manual copiers are remarkably robust, reliable and designed with a marked ease of use and ordinary maintenance. The Gentili-HWD series model is versatile and suitable for duplicating objects made with a wide range of materials (the necessary power tool is NOT included). The structure of this machine is extremely resistant and has double stems on all three axes (X, Y, Z), which allows rigid and stable movements during processing, ensuring maximum reliability on hard materials such as metal, plastic and others. This model is also equipped with a feeler spindle, essential for faithfully copying the shape of the original object. All movements take place on slides based on tempered and ground steel stems, coupled with recirculating ball bearings, which make the movements easy and light. Multiple Processing The processing possibilities are many and include objects, shields, cutting shapes, creating violins or musical instruments, wooden paintings and engraving plates. This machine is able to work on a variety of materials, including wood, aluminum, light metals, plastic, leather, and many others.
